This is a brand new location and it is sparkling. Clean with great flavors, great people, great atmosphere. Everything you could possibly want a fantastic menu. I can't say enough, go visit it it.

Custard was great but business is understaffed. Wait was between 15 and 20 minutes in drive thru with one girl working the whole process, taking orders and making orders, poor thing had to be exhausted.

It was my first time going to Rita’s and I usually have trouble choosing what I want or speaking to people, but the sweetest employee assisted me right away and let me try samples of the ice and hand scoped custard’s and recommended some flavors that she enjoys. My custard was so good I just can't get enough! The sweetest employee, I believe her name is Dafna, helped me sign up for Rita’s rewards to get better deals on future purchases. Big kudos to her, she deserves a raise!!! ??

The kids loved the Italian Ice and we had the frozen custard. I would take this place over others. Frozen custard is so much better than regular ice cream. It is creamy and smooth.

Waited at the window until one of the staff acknowledged me just to tell us that they closed (over an hour early by the way) because “school has started and all of their staff are in school”. Didn’t know that was a thing, but we were extremely disappointed. There were no signs up letting us know the hours were changed, the lights were on and they seemed to have enough people working. There were two other customers, and I’m pretty sure they told them the same thing.
