It was my first time going to Rita’s and I usually have trouble choosing what I want or speaking to people, but the sweetest employee assisted me right away and let me try samples of the ice and hand scoped custard’s and recommended some flavors that she enjoys. My custard was so good I just can't get enough! The sweetest employee, I believe her name is Dafna, helped me sign up for Rita’s rewards to get better deals on future purchases. I really enjoy the products but the service at this location is extremely slow.. They need to put a fire in their butts and pick up the pace. The time it takes to get through the drive thru is unacceptable. I waited in line for nearly 30 minutes thinking it would be a quick trip because there were only 3 cars ahead of me. I’m not sure if they’re short staffed or what, but it shouldn’t take that long to scoop some ice.
