This review is solely for the young man Edan in the drive-thru on 4/15/24. Edan was AWESOME! He has a wonderful, kind, genuine, spirit. They didn't have any more grilled cheese and he offered me a free beverage, which he probably shouldn't have done. But none the less, that was very kind and unexpected. That sort of kindness goes a long way, and it brightened my day. Starbucks you did good with that employee!!! EDAN CONTINUE TO SPREAD YOUR KINDNESS!!!!

Dirty location, service is incredibly SLOW. I think the Lynnhaven location has spoiled me because it's so much more efficient over there. They should learn from them. I don't usually like leaving poor reviews, but this was twice that I experienced less than awesome coffee and service. Make the 5 min drive to the Lynnhaven location (not in the mall).

Always great when you pull in and they know your order. There's a few that are amazing here. The store does seems to have a high turnover. Not sure why but the core crew that's been working there the longest are great.
I was waiting for my drink in the lobby and noticed the barista named Erin was not shaking any pink drinks being handed out in the drive through. as a former starbucks barista i was very disappointed to see such lack of care or effort being put into these quality beverages.
