Food was great, I got the grilled chicken sandwich with Swiss cheese and barbecue sauce and it was delicious. The service was absolutely amazing, the waiters name who severed us was Eric and he was super kind and helpful towards my table and after we left we forgot our leftovers and he went out of his way to run outside and give us our food. Overall absolutely fantastic experience and I recommend this restaurant.

I had the Fish and Chips. The fish was crispy with not too heavy a batter. The fries had a nice golden crust and were soft in the middle. The salad left something to be desired with some of the greens beginning to wilt. Overall, a pretty good place to go. I hear the soft shell crab in season is fantastic. Will return.

We didn't get our order for fresh bluefin in on time but Todd fit us in and 'hooked us up' with 2 lbs of beautiful toro. It was incredibly flavorful! Looking forward to more fresh seafood from Virginia Beach Seafood Co in the years ahead!! The best source of local, fresh, sustainable fish in the area!!

The blue fin tuna I got from Virginia Beach Seafood was flipping fantastic. I pan seared it with blackening spices and served it with remoulade sauce. Simple and delicious. To give that beautiful piece of tuna the respect it deserved we ate at the dining room table instead of in front of the TV. That never happens. This was my first experience with VBS and it won’t be my last. I can’t wait to see what the next catch is.

We love love love all of the fish we have bought from Virginia Beach Seafood, and we have bought a lot for the past couple of years. I knew nothing about fish before I started buying from this company, and Todd introduced me to so many different kinds of fish, all of which have been delicious. Todd is the nicest guy, and is running this business perfectly. So far we have tried sheepshead, speckled trout, spadefish, tile fish, blue fish, and Black Sea bass, and every one of these was great! I always look forward to getting emails or texts from this company to see what delicacies he is selling next. If you haven’t tried their fish…do so! You will be delighted that you did! Oh, and by the way, you can get it fresh out of the water or vacuum sealed and frozen to put in the freezer.Thanks, Todd for all that you do to get us the best fresh fish anyone could dream of having! ?Bernice

Perfect dive bar and restaurant with rock solid simple food. Fried flounder is outstanding. They have specials all the time. We had the smashburger special and it was excellent. Service is beyond friendly. Look, if you want modern decor, asian fusion, or kale, go somewhere else. If you want fried seafood and a cold beer with old timey sides like broccoli salad and pickled beets, then join the local regulars and soak up the authenticity. We have been here twice. We will be back.
