We love Dave's BBQ. This new location is very nice. More seating will be good for those dinning in. As always the BBQ is awsome! I personally love the potatoe salad, green beans and pulled pork BBQ. My husband loves the baked beans and brisket. It is so tender and not dry. As you can see from the photos the portions are generous! For us enough for 2 meals.They changed locations so note the address change.
Best bbq in Virginia Beach! We visit the beach 2-3 times a year. We've tried other bbq joints, but nothing has come close to being as good as Dave's! We tried a variety of meats, and all were good. Both of us had the 3 meat platter. It comes with 2 sides.Baked beans are amazing, spicy coleslaw.....different but delicious, green beans are FRESH, not canned, the potato salad is delicious. The meatquake sandwich needs a warning! Went there for the first time and the name caught my eye. As they began making the sandwich I realized I was in over my head. The end result; easily a 1lb sandwich with delicious pulled pork, tender brisket, and their jalapeño cheddar sausage with a perfect amount of kick! Spicy slaw was solid also.
