After waiting 10 minutes for my family and I to be seated, the host arrived and one person told her that she wanted to seat 7 people and the host did not ask us who was waiting first, if it was our group or the other group. It was not her turn, she jumped infront of us. The host sat that party down. As soon as the host came back and I spoke to her and she gave us excuses and then apologized but since we were a large group the 8 People you will have to wait. SMH? I spoke to the manager she understood. But I let her know there is no organization in this place.. and if you go to a place and the bathrooms are dirty and the place too.. don't waste your time or $$ in this place. From so many times I have come, it has changed a lot?

Everything was okay but not great, and I think I'm being gracious with that assessment. The burger was sub par for an unknown reason, just lacking flavor. The wings were a little light on the sauce, the fries were burnt and overdone, and our server was nice but the whole restaurant was under staffed according to the host and it was clear that she was right. The servers were extra busy and seemed a little overwhelmed.

I waited over an hour and a half for 20 boneless wings. Waiting more than an hour an a half for 20 chicken nuggets with sauce on them is unacceptable. I was compensated with a 25% off coupon for another time I go but had no refund or discount on that order even though I waited an unexscusable amount of time.

We waited for over 20 minutes to sit down, even though all the tables are open to sit down. There were people in line after us, and they got to order food before us . I ordered a drink and I still haven’t got it. I’ve been in the restaurant for over 50 minutes now. I love their food, but I don’t understand why the service is so slow. Why can’t they hire more waiters. also, last time I was here, I got my food and ate it and my boyfriend waited until we were leaving and that’s when he got his food…

Service was SLOW. Brought my husbands food out first. 10 min later brought mine out then another 10 min before bringing out my sons food. I would have waited an extra 20 to have it all brought out together, just let me know. You NEVER bring the kids food out last. We were there to celebrate his birthday. Food was sub par. My so sons wings were good - that’s what he asked for, so that’s what’s most important.
Stopped in for a long island iced tea and some wings. Both were spot on!

Worst service ever tonight and very clueless unattentive waitress who was absentee for a while and one member of the group did NOT receive food at all but still charged. Even worse than the time an employee said "eff you", after we held the door for him and told him "you're welcome" when he didn't say thank you. Meal was not comped either time. Tonight's manager knew what was going on, literally watched the table, but she did nothing to help... Worst bwws experience is always here and always poorly run

Service/waiter was good, but food was not. Food took forever to come out, and when it finally came out it was lukewarm. Given length of time it took to get order (wings) didn’t even bother attempting to send them back to be reheated/remade. One dish was completely forgotten by food runners and never came, but server proactively removed it from check.Likely won’t return. Better wing options in town.
