The Roaming Dad
It’s rare we have a poor experience at a Chick Fil A but we did on this visit. I’m usually raving about them as we travel the country so I’m hoping this is a one off issue.I stopped in with my kids for lunch and we ordered our normal food. When I opened my sandwich to add sauce I found a medium length brown hair inside the sandwich attached to the bun. I took it back to the counter and showed a manager who seemed uninterested.I understand things happen but a little acceptance of the issue would go a long way. This manager just shook his head, walked to the middle, grabbed another sandwich and brought it back to me. No “sorry” or anything was said.

Ordered nuggets and a large macaroni. The person put it in the bag sideways. When my SO picked up the bag in the five minutes it took us to get home it went through the bag and ended up on his hand and lap burning him. Tried calling the establishment 3 times and no one picked up.

I've never has a bad experience that I can remember at Chick-Fil-A and if I did, I forget it because they keep me coming back to them for their delicious chicken sandwiches and polite responses. It is truly & always "my pleasure" to eat at chick-fil-A!

I tried the Cobb salad with the apple vinegrette dressing and grilled chicken. It was really good. I felt completely satisfied. I had a tasty fast food lunch without having a fried chicken sandwich.

I've been to this location before, but years back and drive thru. It's in a busy shopping center named Marketplace.Parking was plentiful and lot clean. The exterior looked newer, maybe a renovation. Once I walked in I was convinced of a recent renovation.Counter service was efficient and friendly. I ordered a #1 and found a seat. It was slow on a weekday afternoon. The dining room was clean. My order was brought out in minutes. Everything was tasty and fresh.This is one of the better experiences at a CFA. Recommend!Parking: Plenty of parking
