Very good but a bit overpriced. Paying for the experience I know, tho I was seated in a tiny room with a family of four which was slightly uncomfortable as I wax dining solo (and there was at least one small unoccupied table in the larger adjacent room).wonderful musician playing the guitar and recorder and interacting.
A step back in time... I felt very immersed in the setting with the period decor and dress. The music and singing was a pleasant surprise. Loved that everyone knew their history and shared their knowledge. Food was top notch. I enjoyed my “seafood pye” very much. Great experience!

Absolutely a must do if you are in Colonial Williamsburg. Authentic experience complete with music, colonial dress and even a few other suprises that only enhance the overall vibe. I wasn't sure what to expect from the menu as the offerings weren't as numerous as one might expect. We had the Chicken, and To Fry Fish and both were 6 Stars on a 5 Star scale. Cannot wait to go back!!
