$17 for two smallest cups of ice cream, not even with cones, is beyond ridiculous for average ice cream. They have a sign outside for help wanted, which is obvious from the condition of the bathroom that someone needs help. Management isn't missing any pay Im sure. I won't be surprised when this corporation goes belly up.

Cold Stone Creamery never disappoints you, no matter what state you’re in. Great selection, ice cream always tastes real, not like other places (mix of sugar and milk).

Refuses to accept a gift card that has Cold Stone Creamery on it. It has other locations on it. We were told their machine doesn't accept the gift card even though they are listed on the card... user beware.. she was nice enough but that is ridiculous

I probably wouldn't return to this Coldstone. The music was so loud to the point it was hard to heard the associate because she spoke so soft. I had ordered the cake batter milkshake and I kinda regret getting the shake. There were some black spots on the ice cream, she got one of the spot but didn't notice the other. I know I should've said something but it was definitely noticeable. I don't kinda that a medium size shake is worth $11.
Fawda & his team did a very good job. Walked in with a party of 8 including 3 very excited kids and we were accommodated very quickly! Will definitely be back.

Stopped in for a treat with my daughter. The ice cream and mix-in combinations allow a lot of creativity. Their signature mixes also help eliminate the need to get scientific if your looking for an easy decision. We were greeted promptly and served quickly.

Ordered a cake for my wife's birthday 3 days in advance. Went to pick it up and it wasn't even started. They would not fix the issue and only offered a refund. After 20 minutes of reasoning they eventually gave me a blank generic cake after paying for a custom cake. Very rude and unprofessional. Avoid this place if you need something custom.
