We have been dining at the Chop House for over 12 years now and we absolutely love it. Some of the staff has been there for over 20 years & as a local it is nice to dine in a place that is not a franchise and has its own style and identity.This place might not be for everyone but it certainly has charm, it’s quiet and if you know what to order it is definitely a wonderful experience. My wife and I went to fireside chophouse on the evening of February 3. We both thought the food was pretty good. The wait staff was very pleasant. The restaurant was clean. I really don’t understand why the place wasn’t more full. This made the ambience a little off. It is true that the staff is older, but I guess it’s hard to get kids to work these days. I found the prices rather reasonable.

Came to celebrate my daughter's achievement. The only reason for the rating of 3 stars was because my daughter truly enjoyed her meal. The other members in our group did not. Kebabs were tough, and the rice, although parboiled, was undercooked. The prime rib lacked flavor. The shrimp cocktail, side salad, and toasty rolls were excellent. Seafood is what they do best, it seems.
