Worst Prime Rib you can get… overly fatty, stringy, tough ! The baked potatoes might have been good if they weren’t covered in a layer of cheap cheddar cheese that just bound the potato up to the point that it couldn’t even be eaten ! Service was a laugh, no one available to greet or seat anyone. Once we were seated, the waitress laughed off our complaints ! NEVER AGAIN !

What a wonderful evening! We went to celebrate my brother's 40th birthday and it was such a special night! They had a long table set up for us and welcomed us with wine and appetizers, everything was perfectly timed to give us time to chat, catch up and tell stories. The food came out just as we ordered and it was absolutely delicious! George also still makes the best cosmos around! So thankful to have such a memorable evening ?

Came to celebrate my daughter's achievement. The only reason for the rating of 3 stars was because my daughter truly enjoyed her meal. The other members in our group did not. Kebabs were tough, and the rice, although parboiled, was undercooked. The prime rib lacked flavor. The shrimp cocktail, side salad, and toasty rolls were excellent. Seafood is what they do best, it seems.

Great dinner - we had the crab stuffed shrimp and the prime rib. Both were excellent and the service was top notch.

We have been dining at the Chop House for over 12 years now and we absolutely love it. Some of the staff has been there for over 20 years & as a local it is nice to dine in a place that is not a franchise and has its own style and identity. This place might not be for everyone but it certainly has charm, it’s quiet and if you know what to order it is definitely a wonderful experience. The rolls are amazing, the owner’s home made beef soup is also very tasty. The prime rib, fried crab cakes, and scallops are delicious.

My family and I came for a nice dinner after spending the day at the park. The food itself was great, but the service was less than par. Our waitress forgot half of our drinks, we received apps before or drinks/bread, and had to ask for items repeatedly. When taking our orders, she did not even write down half of them and therefore they did not ring them in. A member of our party didn’t get their meal until we were all nearly done eating. Multiple members of our party had to give her their order more than once. They were told they could sub the side veggies for a salad with a $2 up charge or swap for double potatoes when ordering. Then when we never received these items, were then told by our server that no we can’t do substitutions… which makes me feel she just forgot to put them in.From the start of ordering drinks, we told her how the checks would be separated. After 4 tries, and them not being accurate, I MYSELF wrote down for her each item and how they should be divided. Even after that and another person helping her, it still took 2 tries to remotely get them close. Also, don’t ask for the manager because apparently they do not exist. We requested to speak to them and they never came. Honestly, they are lucky we didn’t just get up and walk out. The waitress was nice but grossly incompetent. I suggest just getting take out because my lamb chops were 10/10.Complements to the chef, but I’m sorry your front of the house is driving away business.

An absolute nightmare. Our group of 7 called ahead and told us there was no wait. No Wonder there was no wait!! Several times our waitress would ignore us or walk away or tell us we could have things she then would say they didn’t do like substitute vegetables. We had to beg other waitresses and the hostess for refills and our first round of bread. Then it took an hour to get the checks right even after we had to WRITE DOWN THE CHECKS FOR OUR WAITRESS!! Awful and expensive. Stay far away! The beige rolls and bland food are not worth the worst kind of dining experience possible.

Awful experience- the steak was gray and chewy, powdered mash and microwaved veggies. Service was awful too.

My wife and I went to fireside chophouse on the evening of February 3. We both thought the food was pretty good. The wait staff was very pleasant. The restaurant was clean. I really don’t understand why the place wasn’t more full. This made the ambience a little off. It is true that the staff is older, but I guess it’s hard to get kids to work these days. I found the prices rather reasonable.

French Onion Soup was bland! Tasteless! The Spinach and Artichoke dip was decent but the chips were a bit stale. The Chicken Kabob was so overpowered with Seasoning I couldn't eat it. The Mashed Potatoes tasted Instant. Rolls were good. Overall would not waste my time and money again...very disappointed.
