I ordered carry out here while staying at Great Wolf Lodge. The “General Tsos chicken” was not General Tsos chicken. It was very small pieces of cut up chicken (white meat as I requested) , no batter, not fried, with some sort of sweet and sour sauce on it. The chicken tasted old and smelled the same. I also ordered “bourbon chicken” which was exactly the same as the general tsos but had chunks of green pepper and onions in it. This was by far the worst chicken I’ve had from a Chinese restaurant. On a positive note, all of the sides were delicious! The spring rolls, crab Rangoons (some of the best in my opinion) and shrimp lo mein.

Do not use their online ordering system if you hope to have food ready when you come to pick it up. On December 22 at 10:30 am I placed a $400 order off their catering menu for pickup on December 24th at 6:45pm. I knew that this would be one of the busiest days for this business, but with 2 days notice and their confirmation email i figured my order would be ready. It seems that the online orders are not processed until you get to the store. Our food was not ready at the restaurant until 8:00pm for a meal that started at 7:15pm. I was deeply disappointed as the food was good, but I cannot ever order from them again for these type events.

Over 13 years eating at this spot which should tell you enough. Went in today for S&S PK/Ch and I can say it's just as good as ever. There was a small problem of miscommunication with my order but they resolved it professionally. The young lady at register was patient and understanding. As was the gentleman that took care of everything. All in all, still my go-to spot for take out! They really suffer because of location but they are low key one of the best takeout restaurants.

Sub-standard and that's being kind. I've ordered Mongolian Beef at many Chinese restaurants. Not a complex or difficult dish to make. Beef and green onions in a spicy brown sauce with garlic and spicy red pepper. What I got was what was called pepper steak in EVERY other Chinese restaurant I ordered it in. There MAY have been 3 ounces of beef cut up so small you couldn't taste it. The onions and green peppers, again that's pepper steak everywhere else, were cooked beyond any semblance of tender crisp. Mush is what the vegetables were. The brown sauce was a light tan, roughly the color of a blonde roux. The red pepper was the ONLY thing that had any flavor, completely overpowering every other ingredient. I've lived in town 40 years, go somewhere else if you want Chinese food.

Have been going here for years and always enjoyed the GTZ chicken and loved their spring rolls. Went yesterday and the spring rolls were AWFUL! NOT THE SAME PRODUCT! The chicken had very little meat almost all fried chicken skin. Also the dish always had a great spicy heat to it. Not now very bland - same with the pepper steak dish that I ordered. Did it change owners? Spent 30 and got zero.

Horrible, I called and they said the food is fresh it was old and burnt, clearly reheated. The person was rude not willing to fix at all after $40 never again.

The lady was was beyond rude she asked me when I called back to add peas to an a order why I kept calling back I said because I didn’t know if the person wanted the peas and carrots with the order because he said you could only get peas and carrots mixed then she told me to hurry up because it was already done yet still had to wait when I got there so unprofessional it’s rediculous
