Every time I visit this Hardee's the manger and staff is so nice and welcoming. I love it when you walk into a place and the customer service and environment is so welcoming and refreshing.

The girl who took my order could have been friendlier. She didnt even ask if i wanted keychup with my fries. More importantly though, I ordered a Super Star Combo and the beef patties were bland and did not taste charbroiled at all. Very disappointing because I'm here from out of town and don't have a Hardees or Carl's Junior near me.

I come to this store every few months, but everytime I come for breakfast. It is ALWAYS a pleasant experience. Miss Wanda greeted me and made me feel like home. Everything came out fresh and she even brought "Ranch" to our table. Also they were mopping the floor in the dining room by the Drink Machines and Byron..hopefully I spelled his name right :) But Byron was mopping the floor and I don't like walking on people's fresh wet floor. He helped my friend and I with getting the tea for us, ice, lids and straws. Happy with your service !!!

The service was horrible. I waited for my food for over 30 minutes and I had ordered online ahead of arriving there. I went through the drive though to get my food but was told I had to pull up tot he front to wait for my order, which is fine. But, I actually had to go in and get my food after I was told to just wait in my car since it was taking so long. When I got my food it was not fresh and my chicken sandwich was cold. Overall, some of the worst service I have received.

This is one of the worst service experiences I have had in my entire life. Staff is incredibly rude and the food took over half an hour to come out after we mobile ordered 10 minutes prior. Staff yelled at us through the speakers and in person. I am genuinely appalled this was one of the worst experiences I have had in my entire life.
