“Nicole was so amazing!! She had not only the best personality, but she went above and beyond to make this special occasion (my friends birthday) perfect! I'm so overjoyed with the experience, especially since I'm not from the area at all. I must say the next time I'm in town I can't wait to come back and hopefully see this wonderful staff again! Shout out to the other wonderful people working Tuesday november 12 2024 from 1-3, host, manager, and I believe a bartender that even gave advice on some bagle making ;) like I said the food was good but the service was so far beyond 5 stars!!! Thank you all so much we had a wonderful time and it really made our day, shoot my week!!“

“We were there this weekend. Decided to try this place. We ordered the mongolian chicken. Hands down, best meal!!!! Do not waste your money on any other meals, go to Marco Polo's. The flat bread pizzas are made to order and fresh.. We go twice a year to BG and cannot believe we have missed out on this place for so long!!!!“

“Had lunch there today, first time. Got chicken picata, salad and bread. Fiance got pepperoni stromboli and sausages and tomato sauce. Everything was delicious! Large portions, fresh, and the service was awesome. Will definitely be going back! Highly recommend!“

“This place is INCREDIBLE!! We were in town on vacation and after a long day of exploring..couldn't find too many late night options until we found this spot. Best pizza I've ever had! Steven was such an amazing server, so friendly! Great atmosphere. Quite a variety on the menu and fair prices. Will definitely return next time we're in Williamsburg“
“Great lunch for Adults and Children at this Restaurant / Food Court-like Marketplace. The Pizzas are good, and there are many more options available (Italian, American, and Chinese cuisine) for Adults and Children. ***HINT, HINT*** Get the Meal Plan - it is worth and you save Money!!!“

“We were meeting a family member for the first time and needed a place for several people. I called the manager with 2 days advance and he and his staff set up a private dining experience for us to enjoy this beautiful life moment. He personally checked in on us during the meal. We very much appreciated the special treatment he gave us for such a serious moment in our lives. The food was great also! Thank you to the staff for all that you did.“

“On Sept 9 2022 my friends visited Carrabba in Williamsburg during our excusion. The server, Laura, was more of a treat than what we could have imagined. She was friendly, acompandating to us, the seasoned ladies. She knew what to say and how to interpret facial expressions. She didn't get upset when a dish had to be sent back. The manager was gracious also. But Laura, is the consummate server and needs to train others on how to be kind to others whether you want to or not. Give her a Raise!!! We will be back.“
