Gave my pizza to the wrong person, so mine had to be remade , never told me what happened, I just overhead, never apologized for the extra 20 minute wait and handed me my pizza like nothing was wrong, please teach your people to at least apologized when they screw

Ordered 3 pizzas for carry out, pickup was scheduled for 6 pm. My husband and I were there a little before 6, pizzas were burnt, tasteless and cold. WE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!

I ordered pizza for curbside pick up. I waited, watching pizzas being made and seeing young man keep touching his clothes (side of shirt) while he worked. Not clean behavior. I waited for over ten minutes and finally went in to pick up my cold pizza. So much for curbside delivery and the prepaid tip for that service….

Great customer service! I got all the way home when I realized they gave me the wrong pizza. When I called they offered to refund me or make the correct one. They remade my pizza and it was ready in 10 minutes.

The website is a joke to order it's slow, and freeze a lot. I went through the app to order for delivery. I put contactless delivery because on the app it says "the driver well knock on the door and stand back a good distance, and will make sure the order was picked up." There was no knock on the door. I waited 45 minutes until I called the store for an update on my order. They said "oh you did contactless delivery and your order was delivered." I went to go look and there was my order outside on the ground and it was COLD. Being cold outside makes the pizza go colder faster. This is unacceptable and quite disappointing. I called the store to speak to someone about it. They tried to argue with me about it since it was contactless. Again on the app it says they will be a knock on the door and drivee will make sure they order is picked up. I have a dog who always barks when there is a knock on the door. My dog did not once bark which proves the driver did not knock. I will not be shopping here again and I will make sure my friends know about this poor pathic service this store provides. You would think I would at least get a notification that my order has been delivered but no nothing. No call. Text. Notification. Nothing.

Just your standard Pizza Hut! I placed my order online and my food was done when expected, I got a pan pizza and garlic Parmesan wings. The wings were quite tasty but the pizza was just okay

We waited over three hours for a pizza delivery. After an hour the Grub Hub driver texted us that she was waiting for our food, but none of the Pizza Hut employees “know how to make a pizza”. I then tried to call the store, and my call was routed to a call center. The call center said they would connect me with the local store, but no - the call went back to the call center. I was in this loop for a while and asked to speak with a manager. They would not or could not connect me with a manager. Totally unhelpful. There are too many good options in Williamsburg. I will go back to Little Charlie’s.

They are open but not ready for business. There hasn't been one time I came in here and something wasn't wrong. The kid at the counter really needs to be more clear and honest and stop treating people as if we are not smart in nicer words. 15-25 minutes, then they forgot the order, then they made the order but they have to remake it. To me calling DoorDash to try to cancel the order back to it being 5 minutes because it was just placed in the oven. I'm glad the employee had his pizza ready though. He seemed excited to have his dinner, rightfully so, but you might want to make sure the customers are taken care of first.
