Extraordinary cupcakes and service! My order for my son's birthday party was not ready when I arrived so the owner went over and above to bake more cupcakes and deliver them within 2 hours. They were absolutely delicious and were the hit of the party!! Highly recommend for the cupcakes and customer service!

We used Smallcakes for our wedding and they were very friendly and accommodating, from coming in and doing a tasting, to working with us in getting everything we wanted ordered. We opted for jumbo cupcakes for guests, and then a single-tier wedding cake for us. After giving them an inspiration photo, they made a beautiful wedding cake, and all the cupcakes were expertly made so they not only tasted good but also looked great for presentation!It was such a great experience ordering from them!

My husband and I had our baby shower and gender reveal today and wanted to get custom cupcakes that would reveal the gender to our guests. Smallcakes Williamsburg made our custom order beautifully and our guests all loved both the surprise and the taste!In addition to the custom order, we also ordered pupcakes for our two dogs and a jumbo Peanut butter cup-cake for ourselves. Our dog with a sensitive stomach loved his treat and had no sensitivity to it. And the jumbo cupcake tasted heavenly. Pro-tip for first time customers: the “medium” cupcakes are what you would consider a standard size cupcake and the jumbo are a size up! Our pictures we are adding don’t do justice to the size difference, but they are all equally yummy ?Can’t recommend this wonderful bakery enough. Customer service was quick, thoughtful, and kind. They also offer a military discount to active duty and vets!
To be honest I'm not sure why this place only has a 4.5! The cupcakes and cake pops are by far the most flavorful and moist cupcakes I've had! My family and I were very impressed with how delicious they tasted and we will definitely be coming back whenever we are in town! ?

Customer service was wonderful and the restaurant was very clean. The cupcakes were good, but I was a little disappointed that they were mostly just standard cupcake flavors with different flavored buttercreams, I expected a little more for the price point.

The interior has a clean, welcoming aesthetic that directs your attention straight to the point... the display case of cupcakes. They had already sold out of gluten-free options when I stopped in late in the day, but the baker was so accommodating about it. I ended up ordering two kinds to pick up the next day and so glad I diid. I recommend the coconut, seriously probably the best cake I can remember. For gluten-free people with a sweet tooth like me, you're in luck to have found this place for an occasional treat that's "worth the calories".
