We have been to this Subway before and not had any problems, but today we had a very disappointing visit. We were unable to order online because the website said the local store could not accept orders. When we mentioned this to the worker at the store in conjunction with trying to use an online coupon, she actually tried to argue with us about the website not working and then refused to honor the online coupons. She then literally turned and started helping another worker. No apologies. Very rude. There are many options around for a sandwich so we walked a few doors down to Jersey Mike’s. Got a great sandwich with great service. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I’m not going to give my $$$ to a rude person when there are alternatives.

Ordered cookie tray. Owner/manager said he was making them fresh. Noy only were they NOT fresh, the oatmeal cookies, which are usually my favorite, were over cooked and tasted like they were a week old. Never again!

So I was just waiting for Little Caesars to open up cuz I work there that's for one I had to use the bathroom cuz I couldn't hold it so the Indian guy who is the owner by the way yelling at me for you and his bathroom saying it's paying customers only and yelling at me and telling me don't come back the one thing for certain just because you are owner that doesn't mean you can talk to anybody any old kind of way at the end of the day I've done customer service and I do not be rude whether I'm a owner or not

As subways go this one is one of the better ones. I do go here early for lunch so I don't know what the staff is like later on in the day or on the weekends. As far as huge chains like these go you really only have to worry about being clean and the staff being quick and competent. This subway checks both of those boxes

0 stars. Horrible service. The people working here are incredibly rude. My boyfriend and I ordered two sub melts. From the get go the two people working were rolling their eyes/giving attitude/rushing us. You could tell they were mad we ordered melts- it wasn't even busy and took the same amount of time as a regular toasted sub- so I really don't see what the issue was? Paid 25 for two sloppily put together subs. If you are looking for a subway- try the one on John Tyler Highway or Richmond road. Never had an issue at those locations. Don't recommend this one.

Never coming to this subway again after this experienceJamie and another kid had the worst attitude. The guy, I asked for a melt sandwich, he says "do you like want a melt or just toasted" saying again melt he rolls his eyes as if it were an inconvenience for him. Throws, literally, the sub together and sticks it in the oven.Jamie didn't say hi, nothing dead stared at us. Both being rude and completely unfriendly. She was just as bad as the other kid. Complete anger on her face like I kicked her did the entire time I ordered.Jamie and the other guy, if you are that unhappy with your job - leave. Do not take it out on random people who are just trying to get through their day.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced at a Subway. My wife ordered the sandwiches on the app and it indicated the order would be ready at noon. We went to the store and waited until 12:15 and my wife asked when our order would be ready and a female, blonde employee rudely said “we haven’t even started that order”. They continued to serve customers walking in before they started our order. They finally started our order at 12:20 and still got the order wrong. We won’t be back to this location.

I like the new menu, but I sorely miss the Honey Oat bread you used to offer. PLEASE bring that option back!
