I have been to many Tropical Smoothies, so I know the flavors are usually really good. This time, not so much. I went specifically for the online exclusive, Strawberry Shortcake smoothie. I expected it to taste like strawberries and pound cake. Instead, it tasted like cinnamon oatmeal with some strawberry syrup on top. This company/location made my experience right and I am updating my review to reflect their quick response and passion for people.OLDAgain, I’d be happy to change my review and my perspective if the company attempts to change the customer service and experience. I’m sure they were short-staffed and having a bad start to the day—but that is still not excuse for deriding the customer because of it.

September 2021

We ordered wraps and sandwiches for the office. There was an error in our order but the store manager quickly corrected it and everything was ready in time. The food was excellent and the service was top notch!
