This is a struggling location. They aren't making to recipes. We found it in our smoothie but the language barrier makes it improbable to correct. Another gentleman ahead of us ordered a quesadilla. He questioned that it looked like a burrito and the manager said it's the same thing, I just made it round. This is one you should avoid for sure.

I usually love this location but ever since the old manager hasn’t been there, the smoothies have been so off. Unblended, icy, watery, like there isn’t enough fruit or juices. The food quality has also been lacking. Either drowning in sauce or cold. For almost $8 a smoothie after tax I hope this improves soon!

This used to be a nice establishment, but has really gone downhill. Manager has her whole family hanging out while she works. Girl that rang me up had pajama bottoms on and screwed up my order. Wait times are always ridiculous here regardless of whether they are busy or not. But the managers family is always hanging out at a table beside the register like squatters. It's a bad look honestly.

The smoothies were decent but the staff were uninterested, off-putting, and kinda rude. It was not a welcoming vibe and it made me and my girlfriend feel like we were not wanted there and as if we were an inconvenience. Even though the smoothies were good, I will most likely not return due to the service.

I have been to many Tropical Smoothies, so I know the flavors are usually really good. This time, not so much. I went specifically for the online exclusive, Strawberry Shortcake smoothie. I expected it to taste like strawberries and pound cake. Instead, it tasted like cinnamon oatmeal with some strawberry syrup on top. It's also very tan looking, which didn't help with the oatmeal comparison. I couldn't finish it. I do recommend the Island Green or the Bahama Mama, as those are my usual picks.

I was there yesterday and I wasn't real impressed compared to the one I normally go and get my smoothie. I will admit it was first thing in the morning and when I pull in the park a lot the employees that were working were standing outside. Once I get in one of them was sitting down unprofessional. I had ordered it online and it was sitting on the self. I have been to others where they keep the smoothie cooled.
