I've come to enjoy Wendy's. I love their frostys, and their frosty machines are never down (McDonald's take notes). The staff here was friendly. If you get the chance, buy the 3 dollar free Frosty Jr. for the whole year of 2024. It sits on your Keychain, and you show it and get a free Frosty Jr. with a purchase all 2024!

Drive thru alwaus gives me soda with no syrup in it

Food and service is fine but why is the soda machine always out of syrup. Everything soft drink I get taste like I’m drinking tv static. Got a sprite today and it tasted like water and lemon if the lemon was whispering it’s flavor from across the road.

Drive thru Ordered a small coke , $2.59 was charged for a $3.00 key tag. Got out of my car and went inside to talk to the manager. "I ordered a small Coke and was charged for a key tag?" But you got a small Coke right, she said.I asked is a small Coke $3 her reply was uh huh ??.
This is the third time in a row I've asked for a large combo and got a medium also the second time in a row I said no cheese on my burger and there was cheese seriously if u can't get it right working at a Wendy's then u hopeless and pathetic and should just go play in traffic u wastes of

I had a mobile order. Pulled into drive-thru to the speaker and was told they were not taking orders in the drive-thru. You could have fooled me because just before I pulled up there was a hefty line. Those folks were pulling up to the window & getting food. I proceeded to go inside. Walking up from my parking spot & there is a car at the window getting his order. I go inside & check in my mobile order & watch as they wait on car after car in the drive thru. Right now as I type this there are several cars in line. None of them are being told they can’t be waited on. I’m watching them get their orders. I don’t understand why I was singled out and told to go inside. I won’t be back. There are too many choices here for that. Getting my order took 3x as long & today I’m in a lot of pain so walking inside wasn’t convenient for me. But no one cares about that. #breastcancersurvivor

Went in for burger day, wouldn't let me tell my order to person, and app wasn't displaying 1 cent special so we couldn't order. Ended up leaving hangry.
