I have been getting a burger here atleast once a month for 3 years now. They have never messed up my order. Its been perfect. I marked service down 1 star because i always order online ahead to pick up at drive thru. Most times, the only thing ever said to me is. Hi, can I take your order", followed by "You can pull forward". The second window rarely ever says anything. They just hand me the food and shut the window. I think "Please pull forward" would be nicer and maybe the second window saying hello would help. But, as I said, my orders have been perfect and I appreciate the accuracy they provide.

The lady taking the orders seems to become aggravated when a customer pulls up. Also, make sure if they're running a special always ask for the discount. Evidently the higher ups tell them customers have to ask.

I usually come to this Wendy's on the drive thru and service is great. This time the service was not as great. They forgot to give me one burger. When I got to my house I noticed and had to drive back to let them know. They did give me the burger that I was missing plus a free medium fries.I usually give a 5 star. Let's get back to the great service y'all have done in the past.

Wowww the staff here are RUDE! Lady with the giant fake lashes demanded our order at the drive thru as if we had insulted her mother other something. All attitude, no hello, no confirmation of our order, no response after we said “thank you miss” despite her horrible attitude. Guy that handed us our food had the same problem. Got our order wrong and again, no “sorry about that” and he was extremely annoyed. Actually, he didn’t say a SINGLE WORD to us — only a huff when he was forced to do his job and fix the order. Again we said “thank you sir” but he slammed the window shut and said nothing. These people lack human decency, not only as employees but as people in general. I worked customer service years ago and never behaved like this, even on my worst days! This location’s rating is dropping because of management/employee behavior yet they’re doing nothing about it. Yikes

I have been to this location many times during the afternoon and got awesome service. I always order a lot of food since I have a big family.Today I went during the evening and encountered extremely rude employees. It was dead there was no one in line at the drive thru. Apparently the employees got upset because they had a customer.The girl taking orders at the drive thru with the fake eyelashes is extremely rude and apparently does not like her job. If you don't like your job go work somewhere else instead of taking it out on the customers. Remember without customers you wouldn't be needed!
