It's a Wendy's. Greasy burgers and delicious frosties. Took about 3 minutes for my food. Compared to the one on Richmond road near the cook out that takes 20+minutes for orders I'd say this one is in the top 2 in James City...Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs can access?
Went through the drive through to get our food. We parked in the parking lot to make sure everything was there. We were missing a biggie bag and 2 fries. So we went back through the drive through. First the lady said that she packed everything herself. We said we can show you. So we pull up to the window and I guess he was the manager said "I don't understand how you could be missing anything. There's nothing special about this Wendy's. It needs a refresh. Everything inside is old and dated. Even the pictures on the wall are faded to the point that a typically red tomato looks white. The food was blah. Probably the only good thing about it was I was able to select my own drink on the Coke machine.
