waited over 20 minutes in line and didn’t even get to order. the person in front of me sat at the speaker with nobody saying anything. 4-5 cars even pulled off that were behind me because nobody was giving any service and the line did not move once while i was there. this is ridiculous i would not recommend going here at all.

Restrooms were destroyed. Young lady said you have to order at the kiosk. I asked if I could order with a person, she smiled and kept pointing. She said we don't have anybody up here. Are people this day and age really this lazy???

There is NO service.You have to use a station with a menu to email your order.They put our fries in the bag while they prepared the burgers, so the fries were cold

4 employees but still had to use the dumb computer to order . How hard is it to say"hello.. can I take your order".. added cheese .. paid a dollar.. they didn't put the cheese on.. won't go there again?♀️

Place was empty and very dirty cashier was rude burger was raw only thing that was good was the frosty and if you try to use the drive thru at night they won't take your order closed a hour early every night tried multiple times
What happen to customer service? You have to order on a kiosk inside the restaurant and can't pay with cash. Will not return to this Wendy's unless they return to taking your order at the counter like Dave intended..

so went through drive thru for a burger the young lady just handed me a container of onions & her manager with the big arms was very rude about ordering at the window the customer is always right NEVER the big arm manager
Just went through the drive thru to get 2 chillis. It's usually pretty good. Tonight it was like we were eating soup !!! It was like they added water to stretch it !!!

There's nothing special about this Wendy's. It needs a refresh. Everything inside is old and dated. Even the pictures on the wall are faded to the point that a typically red tomato looks white. The food was blah. Probably the only good thing about it was I was able to select my own drink on the Coke machine.
