I used to love Burger King. This location has made me hate it. Please read the reviews and do yourself the favor and stay away. Unless you like cold food prepared by miserable folks that are looking to argue. It's like they get bonuses for making your experience as horrible as they can. This has been my experience at this location for the last few years. Consistent garbage. Shut it down!
I do not usually leave reviews but I experienced the absolute most rude and worst customer service ever at 2150 Valley Ave, Winchester BK. Manager in the drive through got my order wrong and proceeded to talk over me the entire time and then refused to take my order. Then I came inside and to speak to a manager, the same person ended up doing the exact same thing then walked away mid conversation without resolving the issue.
