We loved our first CTE experience. The appetizers were perfectly fried, not greasy. The free spring rolls with our order were much appreciated. The drunken noodles were spicy as requested, not too oily, with firm veggies. The portions and price were perfect, maybe $5 less than what we are used to spending at restaurants.

We ordered a variety of dishes from here and everything was awful. We actually didn’t even eat half of it because it tasted so bad. The steamed buns tasted as though they had been in a freezer for years. The rest of the food just tasted like salt. No flavor at all.

CTE is one of Winchester's hidden gems and it might be the only place here with bubble tea! This family owned restaurant serves delicious food, has a charming atmosphere, and is very vegetarian-friendly, with the staff making accommodations to dishes for us. So glad they have been able to stay open during the pandemic!

Vietnamese Pho with shrimp!! Yum!! I hadn't visited in far too long. I drive by often and think I'll get something yummy soon. The other evening, I decided no time like the present and was so happy I had a delicious meal!! I didn't take a picture of the spring rolls but they were great too!! I promise I won't wait so long before my next order!! I'm thinking Japanese Ramen soon!!

During the quarantine, I've craved Thai and sushi. CTE delivered both! I enjoyed the California roll. The red curry was very flavorful. Next time I'll order just veggies and no chicken. Finally I love mango sticky rice so had to get that. It was yummy, but coconut milk could have been a tad more sweet. All-in-all, it was good.

The only reason I gave this place a single star rating is because the people I dealt with on the phone and the parking lot pick up, were very polite....... the food is edible and no more. The very worst chinese-asian food we have ever had. Also the portions are small for what you pay for. Definitely do not waste your money at this restaurant.

We ordered from here because we really wanted Chinese food and most restaurants are closed. We loved the menu items so we ordered a variety of things. We got Mongolian beef, pad Thai, drunken noodles, pork buns, japche, general tso chicken and dumplings. Nothing was great. Everything was extremely salty and nothing except the pork buns even seemed homemade. The beef had no flavor, the general tso tasted like fried shrimp, and the drunken noodle was made with pre packaged noodles probably purchased from a nearby grocery store. We really wanted to like this place but it was so disappointing. Maybe it was an off day? Or maybe it's just good for sushi? It seems like so many people enjoy it, but if the food is always the same as what we got today then I have no idea why.
