Plotted to stop at this Dunkin'- needed a quiet time and it has a nice eating area. NO! Walked in and the shelf blocked the counter, kiosks were unplugged. Mike (manager?) saw my dismay and in spite of their techical troubles, he got my stuff and I barely missed a beat; sat in the dining area anyway! So kind, good coffee and gives me joy in humanity. Thanks, Dunkin'. . I'm a bit humbled by your kindness.
I usually love going to this DD. Today was one of the worst times. The lady that took my order at the register was not friendly at all. Didn't get my order correct and when giving me my change drop it in my hand.
