To hard to find. Can’t get to it if you’re not washing your car. Only basic flavors available. Multiple machines empty. I wouldn’t go back. I walk out on this visit.

Apparently you aren't supposed to get frozen yogurt here unless you buy a car wash too! I've never heard of a business making such a big deal over an empty parking space. During past visits, I've always paid to wash my truck and then parked at the vacuums (I think they're vacuums) to go inside and get frozen yogurt. Never had an issue. There really is no where else to park and keep in mind Frenchies is owned by the car wash, they aren't separate.It was raining today and I didn't need to wash my truck, we just wanted to stop by and get frozen yogurt. As soon as I pulled into a spot, a guy came out and told me that space is for paying wash customers only. I told him we were going in to get frozen yogurt, I wasn't using the vacuum, but he insisted I'd have to park somewhere else. I asked where and he pointed over to the other building where they do detailing. So instead of using one of the 10+ empty spaces to park for a whopping 5 minutes, my mom and I are told to walk in the rain from the other building. Had they been busy, I would've understood, but there was literally one other customer there and probably 10+ empty spaces at the vacuums. It would've hurt them none to let me park there for 5 minutes and be a paying customer, but instead we left and went to Sweet Frog. The frozen yogurt has always been good here with a decent amount of toppings and clean facility. The guy also wasn't being rude, I'm sure he was doing his job, but this whole encounter was unnecessary and showed that my business wasn't wanted so I won't bother coming back.

This used to me my go-to place pre-pandemic... Unfortunately, the closure and priorities have never allowed it to rebound to what it was 2012 or there about... Yogurt flavors in selections are subpar.. no one even staff the cash register anymore. You have to buzz them from the car wash

Always a positive experience! Great value with great pricing, always a great flavor and topping selection and fresh. I love that they also offer a rewards punch card for regular customers. My favorite frozen yogurt place in Winchester overall.

The prices aren't too bad at all, my kids load them up and it's usually not over 5.00 each. Its also nice to be able to get your car detailed and have something for the kids to partake in while you wait.

Always get my fro yo fix here while waiting for my car to be cleaned at 5 Star Auto Spa. They have 12 different flavors and a ton of different toppings to choose from. The yogurt always tastes great and the facility is always so clean. The interior really has a euro modern feel to it and looks completely different than most other fro yo shops. Definitely recommend!

Good yogurt and GREAT prices. Tried the frozen yogurt by chance while waiting for my car to be cleaned and its really good! I have been coming back with my kids who love the yogurt and playing on the IPADS. Would definitely recommend this to parents who have kids.

This place is like a mini children's museum. They have a lot of great toys for kids to play with. They have a few tiny tables for little ones, a TV with cartoons, and toys for various ages. We enjoy the frozen treats because everyone gets what they want but my kids love to stay and play. This is one of my new favorite places.
