Went to get ice cream tonight and it was amazing! This is local made ice cream and you can tell. The service was also quick and prompt. There are tables so you can eat your ice cream there if you want.
The Moo Thru is a standout in quality fresh ice cream! Winchester is so lucky a Moo Thru opened up here. The flavors are delicious, the quality is unbeatable and the service is exceptional. I’ve loved the Moo Thru for years and will be coming back for more soon!
