EVERY TIME I visit this location (Kentucky Fried Chicken - Winchester, VA - 1042 Berryville Avenue) I have to wait 20 mins to get my order. This happens even when I pre-order online.And they NEVER have extra cryspy chicken ready to go! No wonder there's hardly any business there. Their service is terrible.
Short staffed? I Ordered online. I waited another 30 minutes to get the food patiently. They were working hard to meet the orders, but 30 min after the pick up time was a little too much. They felt sorry and gave me extra cookies, though.

Ordered 3pc, dark meat. Was asked if 2 legs and a thigh was ok. It was ok with me. Getting home I had the 2 legs and the third piece was mystery meat. Will be. Checking my order from now on before I drive away.
