Our experience was 5 out of 5. This brand is always consistent and dependable. No surprises. Comfortable , clean rooms, nice amenities and easy check in. We had dinner in the restaurant and Izzy was our server. She was so attentive and pleasant it made our experience really enjoyable. We were the only diners and saw many people leaving the hotel at dinner time. No doubt for wonderful restaurants but I suggest they try what the hotel has to offer. Steaks were excellent, vegetables and potatoes cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. Thoroughly enjoyed this property.

Recently while staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Winchester one of my friends had a medical emergency. The staff there was incredibly helpful. This is my go to hotel when I'm breaking up my drive from Pittsburgh. Always clean and comfortable.

Hotel is well located near restaurants, grocery store, coffee shops, etc. but outside of the Old Town, which is a short drive away. Staff is excellent. Hotel is clean but of the older room style of HGI. A renovation is likely in order in the next few years. Parking is easy and grounds attractive. Lobby is spacious and welcoming. The issues: small amount of mold in the bathroom; tub floor was not what you would call spotless; the bulk amenities (which are a sanitation risk by definition) are attached to the wall in the wrong places (but the staff did provide the more sanitary little bottles when asked); they state that the hotel is pet-friendly but charge $75 for one night and provide nothing for the pet. Other Hilton hotels in the area charge $50 or less. Just seemed to me as excessive for a small dog.

The employees at this hotel are incredible. Honesty, at the front desk, was so helpful in finding us a larger room and adding a roll away bed. Sierra was our server every morning for breakfast (4 days!) and was so attentive and kind. Chef Marvin made THE best French toast for my kiddos and is probably the highlight of their entire trip. The stay was fabulous. We will definitely be back next summer for our annual trip.

We had our first family reunion here this weekend and it was a great success thanks to the wonderful staff. Roxanna, Vickie, Izzy, & Marvin were excellent. If you are thinking about having a function here, DO NOT HESITATE! BOOK IT! They took care of my every need and helped my family out of a last minute jam. My family had an incredible time and enjoyed their stay and the event thoroughly. Thank You so much for all of your help and hospitality! A+ Service!

Great stay. I've spent many nights at this property Mario and his team do a great job the bed was comfortable the food was excellent and I had a few issues in my room that were taken care of right away the pool is absolutely immaculate I'll be back again for sure

We spent one night here as a stop over … hotel staff was extremely helpful and attentive especially when we encountered a serious issue with the room and more than made up for the trouble we experienced. I would strongly recommend this hotel and their very professional staff.

My wife and I are very satisfied with our visits to the Hilton Garden Inn in Winchester. Overall we would prefer to stay at HGI on all of our trips. Sometimes that is not feasible but if there is one in the area it is our first choice and we have never been disappointed by HGI.

we had our daughters wedding reception here, the venue was fabulous. the staff went above and beyond to make the event perfect the food was out of this world! I would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning any type of event the entire forth floor of the hotel was blocked off for us as well at a very reasonable rate which made getting ready the day of the wedding so nice!

I stayed in this hotel to break up a long car trip. The hotel is fairly modern and well appointed. My room was very clean and comfortable. It had a coffee machine that worked well, a microwave, and a small refrigerator. There was a generously sized desk. There were also ample outlets and USB ports to charge my phone. The hotel was nicely decorated for the holidays. There was plenty of free parking. I ate dinner in the restaurant on Thursday on my trip south and breakfast Friday morning before continuing my trip. The servers were very friendly and efficient. The food was excellent. I used a digital key through the Hilton app, and it was a good thing, too. When I arrived on Sunday on my trip home at about 3:00 pm, there was not a single hotel staff person in sight. The restaurant is closed on Sunday and there was no one at the front desk. The only person I saw in the hotel was a housekeeper who tried to enter my room without knocking. Luckily I had the deadbolt on (at least it works). She seemed unaware that I had checked in and apologized for the disturbance. Since my room was already clean, I don’t know why she tried to get in. One minor annoyance was that I am fairly short, and the bath towels were on a rack near the ceiling. I could barely reach them.

walking distance to restaurants, it was set off the main road so it was not noisy at all. the only sounds we heard were in the morning when a large group of allowed people were walking by the elevator. everybody was nice in the hotel was very clean!

Giving a 3 rating because the hotel was clean and the staff was nice. It was quite noisy near our room in the early AM with a dog barking. For those who need rest, it would be good if pet owners were assigned on the same floor. We were very disappointed with the continental breakfast because of the price and limited selection. All of the fruits , bagels, breads and pastries they put out weren't fresh. We saw one of the chef behind the counter with some bread taken from the continental breakfast table that he was putting back in the original bag. How fresh is that! It appears that Hilton Hotel quality is going downhill. We won't be staying here again.
