Recently while staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Winchester one of my friends had a medical emergency. The staff there was incredibly helpful. This is my go to hotel when I'm breaking up my drive from Pittsburgh. Always clean and comfortable.
Hotel is well located near restaurants, grocery store, coffee shops, etc. but outside of the Old Town, which is a short drive away. Staff is excellent. Hotel is clean but of the older room style of HGI. A renovation is likely in order in the next few years. Parking is easy and grounds attractive. Lobby is spacious and welcoming. The issues: small amount of mold in the bathroom; tub floor was not what you would call spotless; the bulk amenities (which are a sanitation risk by definition)...read full review

Our experience was 5 out of 5. This brand is always consistent and dependable. No surprises. Comfortable , clean rooms, nice amenities and easy check in. We had dinner in the restaurant and Izzy was our server. She was so attentive and pleasant it made our experience really enjoyable. We were the only diners and saw many people leaving the hotel at dinner time. No doubt for wonderful restaurants but I suggest they try what the hotel has to offer.
