I’ve been sick for over a week and the ONLY thing I’ve wanted is a paradise point smoothie to help relieve my throat. I sat in the drive thru for almost 25 minutes! No customers were inside, NO one was in line behind me, and yet my smoothie is so watered down and disgusting I’d rather continuously swallow the mucus my body is producing rather than drink this. To make me sit and wait for THAT long, and the product isn’t even up to par or good AT ALL is shameful. Y’all are pricey as hell, shouldn’t there be more effort put into this? I will never go back to this location. I will spend my money at the mall where there is good people and GOOD smoothies.

my first and last time ordering from here. I ordered a strawberry and banana smoothie and a turkey bacon ranch sandwich the smoothie tasted like I was drinking frozen water. I don't mind paying the price that's not the problem it just tasted bad. I wasn't going to ask for money back just to replace it The worker gets on phone and calls someone gives me the phone and I explained to him the smoothie tasted like water and he said we never have any complaints and hung up phone them when I get my sandwich I had no bacon on it and a tomato so small my child could eat it. terrible customer service

I’ve been to a lot of tropical smoothies and this is by far the worst location I’ve ever been to. On multiple occasions when I arrive to pick up an online order, the door is locked and there’s a sign on the door saying “lobby closed”… so then have to go sit and wait in the drive through line for 10-20 minutes while waiting on others to place and get their orders. Why not just have the lobby open for pickup orders only at least?! And on other occasions when the lobby is open, I’ve placed an order and given a pickup time only to for the order not to be ready and wait 20-30 additional minutes and never be acknowledged by staff. I love the food, but the service at this location has me never wanting to come back.

No customers were in the store. 3 staff members made me wait 30 minutes for the 3 items I ordered probably because I didn't leave a tip. I got my smoothie in about 5 minutes, but my quesadillas took 30 minutes.

Girl that took my order was EXTREMELY RUDE. Did not acknowledge me for a good 10 minutes and then when she finally came to take my order she clearly had an attitude as if I was bothering her. I understand that they are busy and understaffed but the rudeness towards a customer because of that is completely unnecessary. I also believe she is one of the managers or lead people which is terrible because her tone was not friendly or welcoming at all. I also heard her talk to the family behind me and she clearly had an attitude with them as well. Terrible customer service.

Every time I order from this specific location, I vow never to do it again. Circumstances led me to place an online order w in store pickup on a Sunday approximately 3:30 PM not exactly their busiest time. It was two smoothies and one wrap. The online order said it would be ready in 11 minutes for pick up. We walked into the store 20 minutes after placing the order so it should have been in the cubby for pick up. There was nothing there. I asked the person preparing smoothies if the order was ready and she said they were waiting on the food. It appeared no one besides her was behind the counter at all. I said, how long would it be for food? She said the food prep person will be right back. This did occur one minute later, and the person prepared lots of wraps for about three or four cars in the drive-through and nothing for us. After 10 more minutes, it had been 30 minutes and I said that I would like our wrap. It had been 30 minutes and it was getting ridiculous. She said the person had handed away our wrap numerous times and other drive-through orders. I said, is she actually going to make our order? Within a minute or two it was made. It is so aggravating that this was our experience yet again, and due to it I think we will not ever be returning to this location.

Took 10 minutes standing at the counter for someone to even acknowledge us while workers walked back and forth. Finally had someone come up who was very very rude. Everyone seemed as if they didn’t even want to be there, just standing around on their phones. Horrible experience and the place is a mess. Counters and menus are sticky and the workers need new attitudes.

First time at this location. Wait time was high. quality and customer service was extra low Customer engagement was little - we were not greeted when we entered - we were not serviced or acknowledged until we were standing around for 5 plus min - the smoothie we purchased was 3/4 full and was barely blended, large chucks. Lastly the smoothie did not taste like it had all the required components

Pro: delivery app. Con: price, bad food Was working at the hospital and my coworker suggested that we should order some random food through the door dash app. So, while randomly scrolling through the app I remember eating some good food from tropical smoothie back in Maryland a while ago so we decide to order here. I had the chicken bacon ranch flatbread and the mango magic smoothie. The flatbread was very dry and the flavor profile was flat. The only good thing was that the smoothie was very tropical tasting. All in all, my experience with the food was very disappointing and the cost was high. I don't see myself ordering from here again in the future.

I ordered online, and my smoothie was given to someone else. Instead of stopping to make my smoothie, they continued to fill the other orders until asked if they could make mine. I waited again as they continued to fill other orders. My smoothie was not made correctly...I ended throwing it away after a few sips.
