Unless you have the patience to wait, and the desire to manage wait staff, treat this as a takeout only place. We had intended to dine in, and therein was the problem. There is no visible service mind, and we waited 15 minutes for a server we were told would come to the table (while watching three young people behind the counter be on their phones) before just ordering through the kiosk for takeout, which we ate across the way at Wegmans.Absolutely a waste of time and an exercise in frustration to try and dine in. The food is fine, so just manage your expectations going in and it should be alright.EDIT: Business posted and requested a follow up, and that experience is just as lackluster. Requires you to give them your phone and agree to marketing emails, requires an upload of a receipt (spoiler alert, we didn't get one), and the location finder doesn't work with city names, zip codes, or wild cards. Enjoy scrolling through their dozens of locations until you can figure out which one you went to. There are other places in PWC that do Korean chicken, and most of them are less frustrating.
Trash. The boneless chicken pieces are absolutely puny and not even tasty enough to justify the price. I highly recommend 92Chicken in Annandale, great quality and quantity at a fraction of the price.Edit: I went to the link in the response and shared my experience. I asked for either a replacement or refund and they refused both. I will not be returning and I will be sure to not recommend this place to anyone who asks. Valuing $27 dollars over customer retention is not a good business practice.

Let me tell you; bb.q is literally the best Korean chicken chain in the game. My go to are the boneless wings. Chefs kiss. The flavors here are bomb. Cheesling is my absolute to-die-for flavor. The bowls are also fire. I’ve ordered (specifically) at this location many times and it’s consistently delicious. The service is always so good, the dining room and bathroom are always spotless. Shout out to Kelsha for great service, and reminding me to leave a good review ? ? ? and Gabby is nice too ?. Definitely give it a try.

I had ordered the gangnam style chicken. Black pepper, onion, and garlic? Right up my alley! The chicken was moist, and the breading was crispy, but....it was bland. I think the blandness came as a combination of my chicken being very lightly sauced and the sauce being mediocre. Pepper, garlic, and onion are three flavors that are supposed to really pop. If this one was this disappointing, I dont think I want to try another. My message to the owner is to stop cheaping out on the sauce. Your promotional pictures are slathered in it.

I've had this place many times and normally have good experiences. They messed up 3 bowls in my last order and put a nasty much spicier sauce. But the worst thing is whe. I called them they were confident I was wrong even though they couldn't see what was in front of me. 3 of us that have had thus bowl before found it inedible but the person on the other line was worst than convinced I was wrong, they were trying to make it look as if we were idiots. Don't get me started on the fact the the rice this time was not moist but stale.Terrible experience. Never ordering from here again. Stay away because if they mess up, they're going to treat you like a fool.Edit: They just replied to this saying they just spoke to me and offered me a replacement bowl. That is a lie. I called them before I posted and they did nothing but tell me I was wrong until I hung up. Now that I've posted my experience, they are lying about the service they provided.
