Good service, baaad food, bad atmosphere. Food came, and mac and cheese were tasteless. The chicken had no seasoning, and the foundtain drink was broken. The employees said it's been broken for months. The food was also cold. I used to be a regular customer, but in the past few months, it's been horrible. No cornbread, out of sweet potato, broken fountain machine, and tasteless food. I wouldn't run a business like this. So sad

I’m not sure what happened with this Boston Market branch but the food quality and taste was subpar and bland… I’ve always been a fan (20yrs) of Boston Market so not sure if this is isolated and recent changes in the Woodbridge branch (really hope so) but I’ll NEVER order or eat from here again!!! Unless of course - they revert to the original recipes from the REAL Boston Markets!

Don't know what happened to this location. Used to be one of my local fast-food favorites. Picked up a large order last weekend, all the chicken was dry and tough like it had been under a heat lamp all day. Sides were bland, nothing like they used to be. Dinner for 4, no one enjoyed.

Ordered door dash and it was absolutely bland, gross and disgusting. The Mac and cheese was so bland! The chicken was dry and tasted old, never received my side ceasar and the other order was a double order white meat but got a 1/2 chicken…. Gravy was water! DO NOT eat here. They need to be shut

The sweet mashed potatoes are more like a soup than actual mashed potatoes. And the flavor was a little gross. The rice is like eating cardboard. At least the chicken was ok, just not worth going back there.
Do not get the country fried Chicken with white gravy. At this boston market, the quality of food has gone way down. The people are amazing, but the food Mediocre. Boston market, please stop using Styrofoam.

The good news is the staff are very friendly, and keep the main restaurant and bathroom spotless! They're obviously doing all they can to keep the place running.The bad news is the location has completely been neglected by corporate. There's water damage in the ceiling, all of the sodas are out of stock besides bottled drinks, the mac and cheese tasted cheeseless, and the sweet potatoes were thin, probably thinned out to stretch what reserves they have, and the chicken is old and dry. The location probably isn't long for this world.

I knew immediately when I saw the styrofoam container that it would be an experience. The chicken was dry, the Mac n cheese had no salt, and the sweet potatoes were not fluffy like they once were. The quality of the food was terrible. I don't know if the company changed its recipes, if they have a new cook but I will not be eating here again. Definitely not the Boston Market I'm use to.
