Update: per Eryn's response, I reached out to the email, and received no response. I also did send my review to Brixx HQ for their awareness of this particular location's failures, and also received no response. Guess they don't want to improve. All good, plenty of places to eat in Woodbridge and plenty of great pizza places too. I just won't ever be back to this place.

We ordered the Margarita and the Pear Gorgonzola pizza. The pizzas had no flavor at all, and the pear gorgonzola pizza had the same bland cheese as the Margarita. The pizza had no wood fired taste or any signs of a good golden colored pizza. There was no pear on the pizza either only onions.It was a huge disappointment. Will never order here again.

Ordered last night a margarita and pear gorgonzola pizza. It was the worst pizza we ever had. Theree was no flavor at all.the cheese was bland the crust had no flavor. There's no pear or gorgonzola on the pear gorgonzola pizza. There were onions on it and the same bland cheese as on the Margarita. We received a message back ooir google review but honestly I will never order a pizza there again . It was really disgusting.

I visited for happy hour last week and was surprised that the $2 off draft beer was off $11 brew. Be aware that each draft is a different price, it’s not a bad place but they need to mark their prices when they are double that of competitors.

First time dining at Brixx and it was a great experience! The kitchen was running a bit behind but the manager and staff kept us informed and made sure we were attended to. The pizza was well above average and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing Saturday afternoon.
I used to love this place. Sadly, the recent times I have gone here I have been quite dissapointing. The most recent time, I had waited over 20 minutes not even to be served a glass of water. I left due to the fact that I was never acknowledged. I am dissapointed and will not return.

Food - ordered sm salad, lemon pepper wings, and pizza. The salad was def' small and not that great. The lemon pepper wings were not good. I tried the pep pizza and had better.Service - super slow but expected with very little staff.I will not return. Nothing great about Brixx in my opinion.

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch. Online orders don’t have this pizza so I had to call the restaurant to ask if they were able to make it for me. They were really nice and help me with the order.After that, my dinner was completely ruined. The entire pizza was burnt on the bottom. Completely disappointed.
