Went and ordered an 8 piece cheesy tots through the drive thru. They had me wait at the window for about 7 minutes. When I got home I noticed that I ended up a 4pc nugget. Called and spoke to the manager who wasn’t helpful and said if I come back right now she can help me otherwise she can’t the next day. Horrible service.

The only thing that deserves stars is the nice drive thru lady, I've lived so close to this burger King for 3 years now and I keep giving them a chance but never again unless i hear theyve changed, everytime i get food here it taste like it's been sitting out all day, never fresh, never hot, the whopper is always cold cheese not melted bread not fresh, The only thing I would recommend is the ice and even that cost me almost $3 for just a cup of ice, trust the reviews and go else where! Oh on a positive you do not need 4wd to survive the drive thru anymore!

Fries were decent, my chicken nuggets were tasty, but my bacon king cheeseburger was COLD!!! The meat was luke warm, the cheese had partially melted, the bun was very cold, it hadn’t been toasted. It killed the burger. This one definitely wasn’t the King.

As someone who used to work Fast Food & in the drive thru, I can tell you right now that the employees here truly do not care. I’ve tried to give this place multiple chances as it’s 5 minutes from my house, but I think I will drive the extra 10 minutes & go to the Montclair one from now on. Too many times I’ve been at the speaker trying to order & the order taker will talk over you. One young black girl in the first window talked over me so much she couldn’t even listen for one second so I could give her the full coupon code. The young Hispanic boy that works night shift won’t give you the marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks & then will give you a look when you ask for some. There is also what looks to be a Hispanic teenage manager who is too busy talking to the other teenagers to hand you your food that’s sitting right in front you. Whoever is managing this store, needs to be fired.

If there was an option for 0 stars I would put 5 of them. The managers here are so rude and provide the worst customer service. One manager named Jemina didn’t know how to check the balance of a gift card she argued with another girl manager with my boyfriend in front of customers instead of handling a situation differently. People these days need to be trained properly we the customer pay their salaries if it wasn’t for us they would be out of a job. No wonder Burger King is going down hill NEVER AGAIN

Worst. BK. EVER. Their door is ALWAYS locked during morning hours, which everyone knows businesses are supposed to keep their doors unlocked during business hours. I ordered at SIX am, couldn’t get there until just before seven, only to discover that they didn’t even make the order then made some ridiculous excuse of them not getting it, and then they acted like it was no big deal! They didn’t even care!

"The service left much to be desired. When I pulled up to the window and handed the employee my credit card, I noticed that he took out his phone, which made me uncomfortable. Despite this, he continued with my payment. Upon reaching the second window, I received no greeting, and the employees appeared to be engaged in a lively conversation. There didn't seem to be any cleaning or any visible tasks being carried out. It left me wondering how the establishment is able to function efficiently."

I've given this location SO many chances... If I could give this place zero stars I would. I've eaten at many different Burger Kings over the years: The quality and service here for the last 6 years has been just the absolute worst all around! Just piss poor :/ Unless you're only ordering fries, the food is ALWAYS cold no matter what time of day you order it, 9 times out of 10 they get your order wrong even if you order through the app! Even today I ordered ham breakfast sandwiches for delivery and they gave me sausage! :U if I could go in and exchange it that wouldn't be as big of a deal but now I'm stuck with sandwiches I just didn't want. Whoever manages this place... you need an overhaul BADLY. Pay your workers better and *hopefully* they'll want to make the food better ffs.If you want a better burger, you're actually better off with McDonald's down the road. They'll actually make your food hot and almost always right.

The location is horrible. You have to make a Uturn to get in parking lot they're in. Then drive around a very large parking lot to get to the drive thru. Not one car in front of me.Tried to use the App. It was not user-friendly at all. I had to just pay full for my food. Find the first menu sign. Partially covered with a bush of some kind. Ordered a whopper and coke. Drove to first window. No signage, lights, human at that window. So went to 2nd window. Then guy in first window yells Reverse Back!! I did but then my rear bumper was about to hit a pole. He asked for my order and payment of $8.86. I handed my Master card. Got receipt and food and drove off. The lady handing me the food didn't have plastic gloves on. Her fingernails were long and sharply pointed. And Bright yellow. The onions were too thick and hanging off. There must have been 12 pickleslices.I threw away all but 2. The store was on Route 1 in Dumfries Virginia. Not a good experience.
