I am vegan. I built a falafel bowl with pitas to the side. It is peak lunch time at 12:00 PM. My falafel was not crispy or fresh. It was cold, and stale. They forgot toppings (this makes the bowl great). I have to throw away the only protein I have because this placed did not care to give me fresh food. I had this cava before and this was similar experience. I eat Cava in other places and it’s is so delicious. This was so disappointing please do better.

I'd love to give this place a good review. Unfortunately, they have a menu that is utterly useless. You see, their are no prices listed! You have to go through the entire ordering process before you have any idea what kind of money you are spending. That's not a way to do business. Because of this, I haven't actually tried the food. Perhaps, if they ever put a proper menu on their website, I'll give them a try.

Most importantly please stop putting receipts in the bowls of food. That's just kind of gross. Side thought they really need a large menu so people can actually see the menu before they get to the register.

This place offers a gourmet menu compared to other CAVA establishments you find in the city (AKA DC). Our favorite is the Chicken Shawarma bowl.

my family would eat from here more often but for some reason it seems they are the only restraunt in the u.s that doesn't do order ahead pickup or delivery through a 3rd service like Doordash . Great food but not worth the 15 minute wait in a cell phone dead zone .

We came to lunch on Monday around 2:30. Place was empty but all the tables were dirty with trash on them and the trash can was full. I ordered the salmon bowl good, husband ordered the chicken bowl good. The pita is awful don’t waste your tastebuds. Hummus was good green dressing was good. The only bad thing was dirty tables and no water in water bin. Plenty of parking.

Food and service are amazing but, apparently, they don't have heat because the last 3 times were have been here it's been freezing in the dining room and even the cashier was complaining about the cold.

The staff is great but I prefer the regular cava. I love the stuff but there are none near me. I saw this opened and thought it was a regular cava. It is a completely different environment and . . . I was disappointed. I don't blame tje staff but I want a regular cava where I can pick what I want and watch them make it.I honestly was so bummed, I could not eat my food and I just left without touching it.
NOT A REGULAR CAVA!! I can get over the fact that they don't make your bowl in front of you like a regular Cava, but this place was dirty. Not a clean table in sight. And we weren't there at a busy time either. We went for a late lunch at 2:30. The food was fresh but smothered in dressing so that's all I could taste. The staff was unfriendly and apathetic. Will not be returning.

The Lamb bowl was delicious. It had such a depth of flavor and everything was so fresh. The Tahini Vanilla Baclava milkshake is to die for. This is my new favorite spot!
