5 stars all the way. Passing by on my way from NJ to NC. One of the best meals I've ever had at any chipotle and got amazing portions. Very friendly management too. Highly recommend!

I never like going to this location because the portion of food is always small and the customer service is terrible. I ordered online and asked for an extra portion why am I receiving two bowls without the portion I asked for? Every Chipotle I have been to gives me the exact portion I ordered and has the order on the shelf at the time of pickup. This is the only location I have been to that doesn't do this. Then the workers will stare at you without assisting with your order. Waited at least 10 minutes before the lady did assist us for pickup. Will not be coming back at all.

I had a mobile and ordered a burrito, they made a bowl. Which is no big deal but when I went back in to get a burrito, they just dumped the bowl in the tortilla. which would be ok but my burrito was literally falling apart. it wasn’t closing properly, and it made it impossible to eat as a burrito. the employees were overall just not friendly either.

Food is ok, but service could be better. Gave me a tiny bit of chicken on my burrito. Sold me tortilla chips, but didn't give me salsa. Had to go back to ask for it. Then gave me only half a small container of salsa, which obviously wasn't enough for the amount of chips. Generally a don't care attitude.

I placed an online order, correct address, correct name, everything. Order wasn’t on shelf so I asked associate if my order was actually ready, but she said it wasn’t ready and wasn’t in the system. I asked her maybe if someone took it off the shelf on accident? But she said they could not do anything. I had to get in line to order in person then, and the customer service was horrible overall. The lady could not wrap a burrito in my order, but it looked like she didn’t even try. She put it in a bowl. Then the guy at the register forgot to ring up my bowl and burrito in the same transaction, so I had to pay double tax and 2 different transactions. Overall horrible customer service, do not recommend.

My family and I ordered bowls from this location online. It is our first time at this location and it won’t be our last. This had to be the most full and tasty burrito bowl i have had from Chipotle (usually they give smaller portions for online orders).

No lettuce I get it, no fajita veggie I get it. However, the attitude/service provided by the young Caucasian boy was unacceptable. Boy a message for you, learn manners!!!! There is always a better way to treat people! I will never come back to this location even when I live 8 mins away, so I can avoid this person!

Serving cold and undercooked food, rice was harder than pellets of cat shit. Only 2 chipotles in Woodbridge and both are an absolute fucking disgrace to the brand name and how much I use to love their food. I really wonder who owns these spots and who's in charge or hiring? Employees aren't cooking the food right and can hardly roll a burrito.... Absolute shame to Chipotle. Go to kingstowne or Springfield location where they make the food right.

I have been awaiting for one and a half months to speak to upper management or corporate to contact me regarding the incident that took place on November 13, 2023 at the 2457 Prince William Parkway Woodbridge, VA and NO ONE from Corporate or a District Manager has called to inquire about the aggressive, threatening and disrespectful interaction I had with the service worker, Timothy. I am under the impression that this is the culture of Chipotle Food Chain and they take matters like this lightly, because as long as they are bringing in revenue. It's okay to insult the customer serve, serve the customer like a dog, and use threatening and aggressive behavior to intimidate the customer. I am here to ask people, choose wisely about where you spend your money and look for good customer service. It would be wise of the District Manager to further this complaint, rather to allow it to go unnoticed. I am all about business and quality assurance and customer care, in addition to companies knowing who they choose to hire and put in the face of the company to bring in business. If you are unruly and disrespectful do you think that will attract business? You will loose business with such mannerism.

You are just a number in the store. Marisela is the worst manager I have seen. Most of the time not all the time when I come there the tables are not clean. I came there about a week ago and had surgery on my hand and asked her to cut my burrito in half and she refused. Today I went to go get lunch and I thought about going to Chipotle but instead went to & pizza next door just because their customer service runs circles around Chipotle.

Waited 30 minutes for them to make a single door dash. Waited 20 minutes and asked where the food was, they talked amongst themselves for ten mins then finally made the food another 5 mins later. Terrible service.
