My wife and I have been coming to this Dunkin everyday for ten years. We’ve seen teams and employees and managers come and go; but the current manager, Ivan, and his crew, are amazing!! Orders are consistently perfect, with everyone being exceptionally kind and always remembering me. Starting my day with such wonderful interactions is truly the best way to kick off my day. Not a drive through location, you must go inside. Stopped by for a coffee and donuts. Handed me the donuts at the register but had to wait for the coffee as they don’t pour it at the register. The placed was slammed and all the workers were beyond busy. I waited for all the specialty food and drink orders ahead of me for 15 minutes and still no coffee. I gave it three stars because the young guy helping us was really nice. The grumpy lady helping him seemed to hate her job. Anyways we ordered a Dozen and 2 were specialty donuts. She made him charge us basically all separate instead of just charging extra for the two. I’ll go to Krispy Kreme next time $6 up charge for 2 speciality donuts that look like a regular donut it’s just butter pecan.
