Great Saltenas and seasoned perfectly! This was my first one, as I am used to Empanadas. When taking my 1st bite from my fresh and warm Saltenas, the very flavorful juices exploded everywhere. I would definetly make sure to have many napkins available or eat it a bit cooler. I will be coming back, but $4 a Saltenas maybe every now and then. It's impossible to just eat just one.
This was my first time here, I got the last carne salteña & I am so glad I did--it was the best I've EVER had!! It was full of filling, the meat was in large, extremely tender chunks, the green sauce was spicy & yummy. I've had my fair share of salteñas from Arlington, Fairfax, Chantilly & more. I will gladly make the 40min drive from Stafford to here again. Also grabbed some conchas, cookies & churros, all fresh & delish as well.
