This five star is strictly for their birria tacos. Unreal how good it is. The meat is tender and full of flavor, the tortilla is crunchy and soft at the same time with the melted cheese inside of the taco adding tons of gooey flavor. Then, the broth is the finishing touch because it adds the extra oomph to this glorious taco concoction. Also, very important, but eat it fresh. The birria tacos we got for take out were really good, even though we ate it a few hours later at home. It reheated well and it was roughly 13 dollars for 4 tacos. With birria the most important thing is how well the consomme is seasoned. Meat can be plentiful but if the consommé isn't tasty the whole taco falls apart. So this is one of the hidden gems in Woodbridge. Coming from a food critic, this is one of the best food I’ve tasted in the area. The downside is they don’t speak English and the environment is not exactly family friendly. Other than that, their food is always seasons to perfection! Their prices are also affordable.
