I came to pick up a mobile order (I order twice a week) and there were 2 beautiful kind girls working so hard. They were doing their best to get things done as quick as possible. I could see the amount of mobile orders they had on the table and it was an INSANE amount of work for just them 2 in addition to the walk-in customers. I love your product, but this location has a lot of young kids working who seem very lost and confused. Management needs to train these kids better or hire more experienced help. They seem very unknowledgable with the menu and unsure of handling money.

I love Smoothie King and the product selection at this location but this place always takes a very long time to process orders! They need to hire more people tokeep up with the demand of the location. It's horrible you have to wait so long to get your order and your paying so much for it.
