Never returning and don't recommend others toLooking for nearby places in my area, I decided to walk into this specific Smoothie King. I've tried Tropical smoothie before but this was my first time with Smoothie King and wanted to attempt it.Walking in everything is insanely disgusting. I truly have never seen such unkept floors. I understand not cleaning all the time, but it was truly dirty everywhere - the dirty floor, tables, and chairs.They were no customers so it was pretty fast, however most of the staff don't do anything. I thought they would clean around but they didn't until I had to prompt them myself, which I could hear them arguing in the back who would clean itAnyway, the service and atmosphere is just awful. The drink is okay - nothing special however it was definitely less than I would wantI don't think smoothie king is a bad brand but this specific location I had an awful experience and hope to prevent others having one too

I came to pick up a mobile order (I order twice a week) and there were 2 beautiful kind girls working so hard. They were doing their best to get things done as quick as possible. I could see the amount of mobile orders they had on the table and it was an INSANE amount of work for just them 2 in addition to the walk-in customers. They were kind, apologized to everyone, and definitely didn’t deserve the sassy customers with nasty attitudes and side eyes. It’s as if people had never had jobs working in the customer industry before. You girlies kill it and I pray God opens doors of opportunity in your life. May you prosper in all that you do and reap the hard work you’ve sown.

I love your product, but this location has a lot of young kids working who seem very lost and confused. Management needs to train these kids better or hire more experienced help. They seem very unknowledgable with the menu and unsure of handling money.

I placed my order online and was given a 10-minute prep time. There is plenty of time to drive to the location and pick up my order.Upon arriving at Smoothie King, I discovered that it was closed because the employer had to "run out." I was kindly told this by the police officer who was positioned in front of Smoothie King.Alas, my only issues are that my order was paid for via the app prior to my knowledge of the restaurant being closed, and I had my heart set on this smoothie. How can I get my money back?

Very expensive to only receive half of an açaí bowl. They do not give you the amount you're paying for, my family won't be returning.

So pissed. Sadly will never be back I’ll have to just go to the Manassas location. Just ordered a peanut butter delight bowl, when I got it it was runny and not bowl consistency at all. You would need a straw which defeats the purpose. Toppings were drowning inside it was so runny. Went back asked to have it remade. The girl never started never did the other associate. He goes to the back for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile I ask the girl to just refund my money and she has to go get him. I wait another 5 minutes. No exaggeration. He then says they are busy and ran out of outlays blend. Didn’t tell me didn’t say a word. What would you have done if I didn’t ask for my money back? Just skipped me and never attempted to make my order again. This is the most in consistent smoothie king ever, they don’t know how to make stuff properly. I hate this place. Had my heart sat on this bowl and they ruined it, I’m literally typing this in their parking lot smh.

I love Smoothie King and the product selection at this location but this place always takes a very long time to process orders! They need to hire more people tokeep up with the demand of the location. It's horrible you have to wait so long to get your order and your paying so much for it.

I recently visited this Smoothie King and had an absolutely dreadful experience that left me with no desire to ever return.To begin with, I ordered a 40 oz smoothie, expecting a full cup. However, to my disappointment, the woman behind the counter only filled it up three-quarters of the way. When I kindly asked her to fill it to the top, given that I had ordered a larger size than usual, she reacted with an unnecessary display of hostility. She rudely threw the drink into the sink, rolling her eyes at me as if I had inconvenienced her.When she finally remade the smoothie, it was evident that she had made it with deliberate spite. Not only was it the wrong drink, but it was also a completely different color. I informed her that this wasn't what I had ordered and explained that I always get the same green-colored drink every time I visit a Smoothie King. However, she flatly refused to correct the mistake and insisted that this was indeed my order. She even retrieved the ticket from the trash and read it back to me, disregarding the obvious discrepancy in the drink's color.The woman's behavior throughout the entire ordeal was extremely unprofessional, to say the least. She was rude, nasty, and showed no regard for basic customer service. It was disheartening to be treated with such disrespect when I had been nothing but polite and understanding throughout the interaction. Her tantrum-like behavior was reminiscent of a child throwing a fit, which is entirely unacceptable in a customer service setting.I have frequented numerous Smoothie King locations in the past, but I can confidently say that this particular one was by far the worst. With an employee like her, this establishment does not deserve any positive reviews. If it were possible, I would give them zero stars because of her presence alone.As a result of this appalling experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. There is a Tropical Smoothie just a few plazas down, where I have always been treated with the respect and professionalism.In conclusion, my visit to Smoothie King was marred by the rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful behavior of one of their employees. I strongly advise against visiting this location and recommend seeking a different smoothie establishment in the area.

I took my kids here the other evening and we absolutely loved it! They really enjoyed the little angel smoothies. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back again!

My friend and i ordered acai bowls. Took 20 minutes for the slowpoke guy to make them and mine came out first. Completely melted. Contemplated asking for a refund but that was probably gonna take 20 minutes too.

Came early around 8:20 and I waited till 8:30 for service because of another customer once it was time to place my order he told me they have already packed up their stuff and I wasn't able to receive my acai bowl

It was an hour and 30 mins until closing and they refused to make açaí bowls . This smoothie king is horrible and inconsistent. Other locations are a lot better

I'm a very kind person but please don't talk to me like I'm stupid. I just picked up a smoothie and I've asked if they made my order and the dude talk to me like I was stupid. He even call my order out and then said this is your order point at it like I was done. I do not mind purchasing my smoothies here however, please don't talk to Customer stupidly because it's very unappreciated.
