Well this place is just wonderful, and even more important; it is consistently good. There is a lot to be said for a place that can provide great food day after day, that is place delivers. The service is always prompt and very professional, and I enjoy the staff's professionalism every time I come in.

It was our first time at Viet Chopsticks and had high hopes because of the decor. We proceeded to order our dishes, but our waiter brought out an extra dish that we didn't order. He was arguing that we had indeed ordered the extra dish and that it would be thrown away if we didn't like it or paid for it. He stated we would have to pay for the the extra dish (that we didn't order) or have to to leave the restaurant without the other dishes to eat. We told him we were willing to pay for the meals but not the one that we did not order. So, he gave us two options: 1) Pay for everything (including the dish that we did not order, or 2) Leave the restaurant with nothing! Because of his attitude, we decided to leave. It was the first time we had experienced such rude service, anywhere/anytime! We would typically suck it up and pay for the mistake, but the waiter proceeded to "educate" us on how to order meals. I had doubts that the meals were just thrown away (as the waiter claimed), or maybe consumed by the employees.

Just picked up my order and paid for extra but that wasn't included so what a rip off. And the pho tastes so bland. It's been a while since I've eaten here and seems like quality has gone down on the food but the prices have skyrocketed.

Service: A+ Atmosphere: Cute entrance with a prop bike that my 2yo wanted to ride . Restaurant has lots of tables. Large group and kid friendly. Food was excellent. We got the pho tai, cha gio, and the stir fried wide noodle dish. We enjoyed everything and our kids ate up everything. Will return if we are in the area again.

I took my mother for lunch and the interior decor were beautiful and the restaurant looks very clean. The staff members are very friendly, appears to have teamwork and very knowledgeable. We order 5 items but one was a mistake and it turn out to be delicious. 1) stir fry beef with wide noodles and vegetables. It was very flavorful and you can't just take one bite 2) roasted duck served with black pepper sauce. The description says "cooked until crispy" but it lack just that and it was a bit chewy. Luckily I ask for the sauce on the side if not, the slice duck would of been smothered/ trench in it 3) lemongrass beef sauté with peppers and onions. My mother accidentally order this item which she actually wanted lemongrass beef with vermicelli. The dish was quite tasty and delicious 4/5) my mother order Vietnamese iced coffee and I ordered the coconut-taro smoothie. We were wondering why it was taken so long but it turns out they came up with a new to go concept tall cups. The iced coffee was just right not overpowering or bitter. The smoothie was delicious but taste more tarp over coconut and a bit sweet. Overall it's a great place to dine.
With a very extensive menu with delicious Vietnamese food, it is a delightful experience. We will retur.

The sign said they closed at 9:30 I walked in at 9pm they told me they were closed and sold out of everything first they should lock the doors and keep what the sign says instead of closing when they want to.

I been coming here for couple years, and it use to be better but it still good but not wow. Location/Ambiance In a shopping center with plenty of parking. It has a good amount of seating and have a lot of crowds from all different ethnic backgrounds which is nice thinking the food will be really good. The light is dim and warmth but honestly, I would prefer brighter light with such a dark table because I like to see the cleanliness of table and also, I like to inspect my food before consumption lol. Good spot for date , family etc.... Summer Roll4/5- Always good and fresh but then again how can you mess up soemthing so easy. Pho- 3/5- The pho it good but not wow, sometimes they can over cook the noodle. I would prefer more flavor in the broth. Bun Bo Hue 3/5 - Someday good someday have no flavor. The pork hock is extra and sometimes it still too tough and need to be cook more. They just serve normal meat, no pig blood. i would come back if I don't feel like driving to eden center

ZERO STARS!!! Dont eat here!!!! The picture says it all.... Food looks like trash! I'm Lao/Vietnamese and shocked they even brought this out to the table. I told the waiter to cancel the rest of my order because if you cant get a simple eggroll right then you're not gonna get the rest of my order right, especially if THIS is the quality you're going to serve people!! It's either old eggrolls refried, frozen eggrolls that have too much moisture or old oil. When I told the server we were leaving, he was unprofessional and yelled out loud in the whole restaurant that had all but 2 other people (another bad sign) at 630pm on friday night. He said he was "offended" and that he didn't have to serve me, yelling out loud to the other staff in the restaurant what I had said. They also have a sign outside their entrance that says "We have the right to NOT serve anyone in our restaurant", which I thought walking in seemed odd and possibly racist in my opinion but I can see why they have this sign up due to their horrible customer service. I'd give it ZERO stars if i could!! Don't eat there!!!!
