Welburn Management currently has a storage unit full of GREASY restaurant equipment that they have abandoned at my storage facility, Affordable Self Storage in Fredericksburg. We rented them a 10x20 storage unit in 2010 to accommodate this McDonald's in an after hours emergency so they could start renovating the University of Mary Washington restaurant location the next day.
