HR assistant is trash, very rude and unprofessional and this wasn’t my first encounter with such either, if you are calling them for any type of help you’d be better off asking to speak to someone above the front desk trolls

Welburn Management currently has a storage unit full of GREASY restaurant equipment that they have abandoned at my storage facility, Affordable Self Storage in Fredericksburg. We rented them a 10x20 storage unit in 2010 to accommodate this McDonald's in an after hours emergency so they could start renovating the University of Mary Washington restaurant location the next day. When the business changed hands the new manager continued to access the unit for equipment parts until the paid rent ran out. Someone needs to come and pay the bill (delinquent since October 2014) and clean up the mess they have made of my storage unit. You would think that McDonald's makes enough money and owes enough to local community business owners to do the right thing! The grease spilled all over the floor of my business shows that these people are in it for themselves and not the community. Shame on you Welburn Management! If you could see the greasy mess you would never eat at McDonalds again!
