Truly hit or miss. The staff are always upbeat and friendly. I have noticed that during peak hours there may only be two employees working. Drive thru can be slow and backed up.

What can I say their coffee is phenomenal! I love their egg bites as well. It's a bit on the pricey side but personally I believe it's well worth it.

I come to this Starbucks every single Tuesday and Thursday after my sons speech therapy for a cake pop and coffee and this is the BEST Starbucks in VA in my opinion. My favorite barista knows my order and what time I come through and she is honestly such an angel, especially when I’m having a rough day. I look forward to days when she works because she always is the sweetest thing! All the baristas are awesome and this location is just 10/10. Always clean, always friendly.

I felt Starbucks deserved a second chance and I decided to update my previous review. Since my last review Starbucks has greatly improved, Yay!!! The service is more personable and the quality of the items I received tastes much better. Sometimes this location can get a little busy at the drive-thru but; nonetheless, the staff is always polite. Kudos to this Starbucks for listening to concerns and keeping the customer first. Anyone who has had an unpleasant first visit, I invite you to give this store another chance.One year ago:I've been here twice and both times I were not impressed. I felt like I were at a 'knock-off-Starbucks". The service was slow and the drinks tasted worst than McDonalds. I'm really disappointed because I was hoping this store would have et the standard for all other Starbucks and businesses in the area.
