I felt Starbucks deserved a second chance and I decided to update my previous review. Since my last review Starbucks has greatly improved, Yay!!! The service is more personable and the quality of the items I received tastes much better. A bright spot in my day when I visit this location! The team always greet me by name and engage in conversation. The service is quick and my order is always correct! Thanks to the entire team for such great service!!!

I come to this Starbucks every single Tuesday and Thursday after my sons speech therapy for a cake pop and coffee and this is the BEST Starbucks in VA in my opinion. My favorite barista knows my order and what time I come through and she is honestly such an angel, especially when I’m having a rough day. I look forward to days when she works because she always is the sweetest thing! All the baristas are awesome and this location is just 10/10. Always clean, always friendly.
