The crust is in-between hand tossed and ultra thin it has a Great texture and flavor. The topping selections are out standing!, Build your own you won't be disappointed, and on top of the Vermont country store like atmosphere and the Vermont hospitality, Cockadoodle's is worth the drive. “Their food is good, but their hours leave a LOT to be desired. Who closes at 7 pm, when many have just gotten out if work, out of baseball practice, etc? They disappear on Holidays as if they have a 9-5 job. When mist restaurants look forward to the volume of business on these days, THIS one closes up and leaves their customers out in the cold”
