“This place will absolutely blow you away. Even if you arent vegan the food will leave you wanting to come back. Staff were delightful and the ambience is perfect for really any occasion. Quiet yet lively; relaxed and chill but not kitsch. But the food is stellar; everything is vegan but the way they play with flavors is out of this world. Everything i have had is fresh and absolutely delicious as well flavorful. The vegetables are crisp; the noodles are hearty; the fried stuff is cooked perfectly and not over-breaded; the sauces complement whatever dish they come with etc. This place is an absolute gem for our area. If youre ever playing the "you pick a place" for dinner game go here. Or come try it and when you want to show friends a great place in the area. You definitely wont be disappointed.”

“Excellent pizza, grinders, pasta, and salads—balance in the menu, there is. The food arrives swiftly, often within 10–15 minutes, proving that fast service does not mean shortcuts taken. Consistency, they have mastered.

Favorites among our crew remain the classic cheese and pepperoni pizzas, chicken and eggplant parmesan grinders, and personal cheese pizzas perfect for young Padawans. Even the baklava delivers a sweet finish worthy of a victory celebration.

“Not only is the food awesome and the restaurant immaculate, the owner, Cindy, is just great. I went in to sell her a coffee maker from Marketplace and she threw in a whole order of lumpia for free; it was delicious and the sauce was great. Will definitely be back for more treats in the future!”

“I ordered food for a party I was having this past weekend and the food was amazing! The portions were fantastic (had more then enough), all containers were labeled,they provided serving utensils and it was all boxed and ready to go when I got there! They also helped me load it all into my car. So impressed with everything and will definitely be ordering from them in the future for any other gatherings that come up!”

Yes the atmosphere is great (especially in the warm months!) and Corey is fantastic... But honestly the best part is that you always get a great cup of coffee.

Left with my cup thinking it was so nice to have time to pop in and then a couple blocks away took my first sip and was immediately so satisfied.

It sounds silly but not everyone who serves coffee or espresso does the one thing that should always be done, brew up some great coffee.

“We serendipitously ran into this wonderful restaurant in Brattleboro, Vermont called High Thai and were so unbelievably surprised by the excellent food and service we got in this establishment. As I initially warned one of the owners, Adam, I am a food snub from NYC where Asian cuisine and its many fusions are plentiful and good but this definitely rivaled any of the best restaurants in NYC.”

The environment piqued curiosity while giving options with its quieter "Speak Easy" styled downstairs. “We went to Echo for the first time tonight. The food was good, service was pretty slow. Our appetizer, my grandsons food, both came out after our meals were almost gone. We ordered Calamari, which is not good reheated....the waiter said he would take care of us but wound up charging me for it. Not a huge deal, he was really nice, but that was a little disappointing.”

“Today, we had a work event here at The Marina. Lily was our server, and she was absolutely incredible. She handled BOTH of our tables full of people (22-23 people total) all by herself with taking our orders. She joked with us, giggled with us and entertained us in the best ways possible. This woman is god sent to the server industry. She handled us with grace, and with the most incredible patience. We were very loud for sure, given we just got out of work and we had a few drinks lol. She was willing to work with every special request we had! She is the absolute best, highly recommend her as a server and I will definitely be asking for her again if I’m ever here ❤️”

“The food at India masala house is authentic and delicious. We get the butter chicken each time we visit! We visit every year to go skiiing to Mt. Snow and stay in Brattleboro. Dining here is a must everytime we come to Vermont. I highly recommend it.”

“My wife and I had lunch at the scratch kitchen. My wife had the Reuben and loved it. I had the cowboy burger. It was the best burger I've ever had. I have liked every meal that I've ordered over the last year. Love the hand cut fries. Friendly staff also helps.”

“The service was terrible. We waited over an hour for our meal. My salad came after my meal was delivered. The meal was cold. It had been sitting for a very long time. The hostess finally delivered it. The chicken tenders were way over cooked. The waitress avoided us all during the meal, never came back to see if ever was ok. It was not ok. She snuck the check on our table. This is the worse experience ever in a restaurant and ruined our meal out.”

I feel like it’s a natural fit since the town is being revived a central location that would be convenient for everybody. Easy access for people who work with flexible hours. Hope to see you soon.”
